Terms & Conditions


The Terms & Conditions apply without restriction or reservation between any individual browsing the website www.legadigit.com (hereinafter referred to as the « User ») and the French individual company LEGADIGIT, whose registered office is located at 430 RUE CALOUCHE 88800 VITTEL, registered with the INSEE register of companies and establishments under number 952 622 736 (hereinafter referred to as « Legadigit »).

Article 1 – Object

The object of the Terms & Conditions is to govern the access and the use of the website www.legadigit.com (hereinafter referred to as the « Site ») by the User. 

The Terms & Conditions are made available to the User on the Site where they can be consulted directly.

The access and the use of the Site by the User implies in particular: 

  • the knowledge and unreserved acceptance by the User of the entirety of the Terms & Conditions;
  • the technical competence of the User to use the Site;
  • Awareness for the User that hir or her commitment does not require a handwritten or electronic signature.

Each User undertakes to respect the purpose of the Site and not to use it to divert it from its purpose and/or for illicit purposes.

These Terms & Conditions were updated on July 21, 2023. This edition cancels and replaces previous versions. 

Article 2 – Access

Access to and use of the Site require the use of an internet browser, as well as an internet connection.

It is free and open to any User with internet access and a compatible device.

The costs relating to the access and use of the Site, in particular the access to the internet, are the sole responsability of the User. 

Legadigit implement the technical solutions at its disposal to provide a permanent access to the Site. 

Legadigit may, however, at any time and without notice, suspend, limit or interrupt access to the Site, or to certain features of the Site, in order notably to proceed with updates, modification of its content or any other action deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. 

Article 3 – Content

The Site allows the User to obtain information on the services offered by Legadigit.

The nature and extent of the content of the Site, as well as the accuracy of the information presented in the Site, are not guaranteed by Legadigit.

Legadigit reserves the right to modify, correct and delete the content all or part of the Site at any time without notice. The Site may be updated to add new content, modify or delete certain content, without the User having been notified in advance.

Article 4 – Personal Data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Legadigit may collect and process personal data concerning the User, as a data controller. 

The User is therefore invited to read the Privacy Policy before accessing and using the Site.

Article 5 – Liability

Legadigit cannot be held liable in the event of an error in any of the texts published on the Site.

However, Legadigit undertakes to ensure, insofar as this is possible and taking into account the information at its disposal, the accuracy of the information published on the Site.

Legadigit declines all responsibility for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the Site.

Legadigit cannot also be held liable for any damages that may result from the use of the information published on the Site. It is up to the User to verify the accuracy of the information provided on the Site as well as its use.

Legadigit cannot be held responsible for the relations between the independent experts of the Legadigit network and the User, and in particular for the commitments made by the independent experts to the User and the commitments made by the User to the independent experts.

Legadigit cannot be held liable by the User for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network or his or her device, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of a virus.

The User is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his or her deviceas well as his access to the Internet.

The same applies to potential hypertext links published on the Site.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including software, all intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, form marks and copyrights are the exclusive property of Legadigit.

Legadigit does not grant the User any license or any right other than that of consulting the Site.

The reproduction of any page or content of the Site by the User or by any third party is subject to prior written authorization from Legadigit.

The reproduction of all information published on the Site is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited.

It is also strictly prohibited to use trademarks, images or any other element over which Legadigit holds intellectual property rights.

Moreover, it is prohibited to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse design or assembly or in any other way attempt to find the source code (except as provided by law), sell, assign or transfer in any way any intellectual property right relating to the Site.

It is also prohibited to modify the Site or to use modified versions of the Site, and in particular (without this enumeration being exhaustive) in order to obtain unauthorized access to the Site and to access the Site by another means. only through the interface provided by Legadigit for this purpose.

The Site may contain confidential information protected by the intellectual property law in force or any other law, which the User expressly acknowledges.

Article 7 – Director

The publishing director of the Site is Mr. Florian VIEL.

Article 8 – Host

The hosting company of the Site is the French company O2SWITCH, whose registered office is located at CHE DES PARDIAUX 63000 CLERMONT-FERRAND, registered with the RCS of CLERMONT-FERRAND under number 510 909 807.

Article 9 – Complaint

For any question or complaint relating to the Site, the User may contact Legadigit at the following email address: contact@legadigit.com.

Any dispute that may arise in connection with the application of these Terms & Conditions, their interpretation and their execution, or the use of the Site by the User, will be the subject of a priority attempt at amicable settlement. Otherwise, it will be brought before the competent courts.

In any case, the parties undertake to collaborate in perfect good faith, in particular in the search for an amicable resolution of their dispute.

Any question relating to these Terms & Conditions, which would not be dealt with by these contractual stipulations, will be governed by French law to the exclusion of any other right.

Article 10 – Modification

Legadigit reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The User is invited to consult the Terms & Conditions regularly to take note of any modification carried out by the Legadigit. Any new version of the Terms & Conditions is applicable as soon as it is published on the Site. 

The fact that Legadigit does not claim the application of any clause of these Terms & Conditions or acquiesces in its non-performance, whether permanently or temporarily, cannot be interpreted as a waiver by Legadigit of the rights arising from this clause.
